We’ve been working towards this update for a while - and these updates were designed based on feedback to make workflows easier for therapists.

🚨 Mandatory App Update Alert! 🚨
First things first, this is a big update for the platform and our app. All Theratrak therapists and participants using the phone app will need to update via the app store before your next login.
So, all our therapists, please ensure you update your app and remind your participants to update theirs as well to enjoy these new features.

📅 1. Therapist App: Today in Therapy 📅
Now you can record extra notes that you want to share with families. Here you can share useful info or notes that are beneficial to know now, but not essential for immediate practice.
Quickly jot down names, goals, and even add media content within Today In Therapy. Plus, seamlessly type your session notes and they can sync to your case management system.
📲 2. Therapist App: Active Programs 📲

This is a big one! We’ve made it so simple to manage and edit all Active Programs. With just one click from your home screen, therapists can stay on top of all of your participant’s programs with just one click in the app.
Within Active Programs you’ll see a live view of all of the currently active programs along with participant feedback scores.
Therapists can also edit an active program’s content, descriptions or notifications.
Therapists can also view real-time notifications about journal entries.
This was one of our most popular feature requests and we’re so happy to be making therapist workflows easier!
🎨 3. Therapist Clinic Portal: Design Refresh 🎨
The Theratrak Clinic portal has had a refresh with new updates like easier navigation and bigger buttons. All new updates are designed to make it easier to manage your therapists, participants, activities, and home programs.

🔒 4. Extra Layer of Security with MFA 🔒
Data security has always been our top priority and now adopting Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
We're introducing MFA on the clinic portal for all therapists via the Microsoft Authenticator app.
🎥 5. Updated TheratrakU Explainer Videos 🎥
With all these new features, our explainer videos have had a revamp too. You’ll be able to find the latest screenshots and guides within the Home Page of the app. Participants can find their guides for how to use Theratrak within the Participant app.

For added engagement, the journal function can be turned into a chat with your participants (if your clinic chooses).
We’ve had many requests from clinics that want to be able to respond to participants in real-time and have asynchronous communication within their home therapy programs.
We’re excited for what this feature could mean for the outcomes of therapy over time.
