INTEGRATION PARTNER: CLINIKO

 
 

Cliniko is a complete practice management application used by thousands of healthcare practitioners in more than 95 countries worldwide. Founded in 2011, the application has been used by over 5,000 clinics and 65,000 people. 

Setting up the integration between Theratrak and Cliniko takes a few minutes with two steps within the Theratrak admin account.

  1. Within the Theratrak clinic portal, navigate to Clinic settings, click add integration and choose Cliniko from the drop down menu.

  2. Create and copy a unique API key from your Cliniko account and hit save.

INTEGRATION PARTNER: COREPLUS

 
 
 

Coreplus is a practice management platform supporting the allied health sector since 2009.

Setting up the integration between Theratak and Coreplus takes two steps, one within each platform.

  • First, clinics need to enable the Theratrak Add-on within Coreplus.

  • Then clinics will need to add their access token from Coreplus to Theratrak.

INTEGRATION PARTNER: LUMARY

 
 
 

Lumary is a NDIS, aged and disability care platform founded in 2009. Over 80,000 healthcare workers from over 200 enterprises or SMEs use Lumary across Australia supporting over 500,000 participants.

INTEGRATION PARTNER: NOOKAL

 
 
 

Launched in 2010, Nookal specialises in both client and business management, appointment scheduling and clinical documentation.

Setting up the integration between Theratak and Nookal takes two steps main, one within each platform.

  1. Navigate to Clinical Templates and create 4 fields (save the Template ID) - this allows Theratrak to copy therapy programs and notes Nookal case notes

  2. Setup an API Key - then copy both Template ID and API Key into Theratrak Clinic Settings
